brisk
This PKGBUILD downloads a prebuilt binary tarball from a GitHub Pages host (brisklydev.github.io) rather than from GitHub Releases or another canonical release mechanism. The binary is then installed as an executable at /opt/brisk/brisk and symlinked into /usr/bin. Two concerns: (1) GitHub Pages content is served from a separate, user-controlled static hosting domain that is distinct from GitHub's release artifact infrastructure — it is trivially easy for the maintainer to silently replace the hosted file without any version tag or commit reference anchoring it; (2) the checksum is set to SKIP, meaning there is zero integrity verification of the downloaded executable. Together these constitute a genuine supply-chain risk: a compromised or silently-swapped binary would be installed and executed with user privileges. This is a real medium-severity concern, not a false positive.
